Agim Vocka, the 65-year-old who was seriously injured in an accident yesterday morning on the Delvinë-Sarandë national road, has died.

According to reports, the 65-year-old was hit by a bus near the turnoff to the village of Bajkaj.
Following the accident, he was rushed to Sarandë Hospital, where doctors determined that he had suffered severe head trauma.
Due to his deteriorating condition, it was decided that Vocka would be airlifted to the Trauma Hospital in Tirana to receive specialized treatment.
Despite doctors’ efforts to save his life, the 65-year-old succumbed to his injuries and died.
Police are continuing their investigation to establish the full circumstances of the accident and determine responsibility for the incident.
