According to Gashi, EU integration remains a priority, while the constitutional amendments continue to be regarded as an obstacle. He said work is under way to find a guarantee and predictability that the inclusion of Bulgarians as an ethnic minority in the Constitution will be the final demand related to identity issues.
Gashi stressed that the talks are taking place at the highest possible levels and expressed hope that the efforts would produce a positive result./TV21/
