The case against former SASPAC agency director Ilir Beqaj and all the other individuals charged was returned to SPAK so that the investigation could be completed.
Ilir Beqaj and Ermal Kurtulaj are the only defendants in this case who remain in pre-trial detention. Prosecutor Elida Kaçkini must complete the outstanding investigative work by the October 30 deadline.
