Citizens at the 55th Protest: The Mountain Package, the Most Damaging Initiative, Must Be Canceled Without Delay

The 55th consecutive protest is taking place in Tirana, where citizens are expressing their opposition to Prime Minister Edi Rama and demanding his resignation.

During an interview with journalist Osman Stafa on “News24”, one of the participants described the so-called “mountain package” as the most damaging initiative that could affect the country. He stressed that the head of government is acting in violation of all legal rules of the Albanian state and that this measure must be removed immediately.

“The mountain package constitutes the most destructive blow to the Albanian state. Edi Rama is violating every law of the country. This law must be repealed without delay, as it is the most harmful one. We have suffered before with 7501,” declared the citizen.
