Citizens have been informed by the Ministry of the Interior that on Monday, July 27, 2026, Greek customs officers will stop working at the border crossings of Evzoni (Bogorodica), Dojrani (Dojran), and Niki (Medzhitlija). The announcement is based on data provided by relevant Greek institutions.

According to the notice, between 05:00 and 09:00 Macedonia time (which corresponds to 06:00–10:00 Greek time), passenger vehicles will only be able to cross in ten-minute intervals. Meanwhile, the movement of trucks and other cargo vehicles will be completely blocked, both entering and exiting Greek territory.
The Ministry of the Interior assures that it will implement all appropriate measures and utilize every human and technical resource to manage the flow created during this period.
