Footage shows Karçanaj entering the SPAK premises accompanied by her lawyer. She has been ordered to report regularly to the authorities in connection with the AKSHI case.
The former director was initially under house arrest, but the High Court decided to ease the measure, replacing it with an order to report regularly. Karçanaj is one of eight defendants in the AKSHI tender scandal.
According to the charges, the defendants acted as part of a structured criminal group, interfering in tender procedures, favoring certain companies and exerting pressure on competing operators.
They face charges of unlawful competition through violence, unlawful deprivation of liberty, breach of equality in tenders, participation in a structured criminal group and money laundering.
