Kosovo’s acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, held a farewell meeting today with Turkish Ambassador Sabri Tunç Angili, who is concluding his diplomatic mission in the country.

During the meeting, the head of government praised Ankara’s continued contribution to supporting the Kosovar state and advancing relations between the two friendly nations.
According to Kurti, from the liberation period through the declaration of independence and beyond, the Republic of Turkey has remained a steadfast partner, with cooperation deepening significantly. He highlighted the defense and military sectors, as well as economic and trade ties, which have strengthened considerably.
At the end of the meeting, the prime minister wished Ambassador Angili success in his future duties and assured him that Kosovo’s doors would always be open to him.
