LVV deputies begin leaving the Assembly

Deputies of the Self-Determination Movement have begun leaving the Kosovo Assembly building.

They left after police intervened against protesters who had surrounded the legislative building.

The plenary hall was closed by the Assembly administration because LVV and PDK failed to reach an agreement on second-reading adoption of the draft law amending the law on Specialized Chambers.

To disperse the protesters, the Kosovo Police used tear gas.
