PDK lawmaker Blerta Deliu provided new details about the Kurti-Hamza meeting. She accused the prime minister of conditioning votes in the presidential election by linking support to a vote on the draft law amending the Law on Special Status.

“Vote for the president, but do not buy the law with your vote,” Deliu wrote on Facebook, asking whether there was any clear agreement for prisoners and whether the KLA belongs to everyone.
“If the KLA belongs to everyone, then responsibility must also be shared. Vote for the law, but do not put a price on it,” the lawmaker emphasized.
