A 60-year-old man was found dead at the stadium in the village of Raven, Gostivar, the Tetovo Sector for Internal Affairs reported.

According to the statement, at 11:15 p.m. on September 21, 2026, J.A. (45), from the village of Raven, reported her husband, A.A. (60), missing to the Gostivar Police Department. She said he had left for work in Gostivar at around 7:00 a.m. but had not returned home and was not answering phone calls.
Following measures and actions taken by the authorities, A.A. was found with no signs of life at 12:20 a.m. on September 22, 2026, at the stadium in the village of Raven. A chainsaw was also found in his immediate vicinity.
His death was confirmed by a doctor from the Gostivar Emergency Center. The scene was examined by the public prosecutor, a forensic doctor, a team from the Gostivar Police Department and the Gostivar Territorial Firefighting Unit.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs said that during official procedures at the scene, at around 1:50 a.m., a police officer fell into an open, unmarked concrete pit approximately 1.5 meters deep. He sustained serious bodily injuries, which were confirmed at the Medical Center in Gostivar./Telegrafi/
