Today, Prime Minister Edi Rama again attacked Dritan Goxhaj, a former KLA fighter, after the day before he presented the demands of the protesters who for three weeks have been calling for his removal from government.

The prime minister published a document which, according to him, had been sent to him, claiming that Goxhaj had refused to fight for the liberation of Kosovo, while accusing him of being “a half-Taliban, half-mythomaniac manipulator.”
However, a recently published document confirms that Goxhaj served in the ranks of the Kosovo Liberation Army from March 1, 1999 until the end of the war.
The document states that Goxhaj held the post of battalion commander during the period of the conflict.
