A shooting at an In-N-Out Burger restaurant in Twin Falls, southern Idaho, United States, left three people dead and seven others injured, some of whom are in critical condition.

The shooting occurred on Saturday afternoon at a busy shopping center where hundreds of people were present at the time.
According to local authorities, officers responding to the scene found the body of the person suspected of carrying out the attack in an area near the restaurant. It has not yet been clarified whether he is included in the death toll. Officials said some of those injured are in serious condition. The names and ages of the victims have not been released, as their families are still being notified.
People who were at the scene described scenes of panic during the attack. A 34-year-old witness said he saw a person carrying an AR-style rifle emerging from the drive-through area. At that moment, another man responded by opening fire on him with a handgun.
The same witness said a restaurant employee dragged a female colleague who had been shot in the chest out of the danger zone. The two remained with her until emergency medical teams arrived at the scene.
A woman who was inside the restaurant with her daughters said the gunshots were heard coming from the kitchen area. She said staff told customers to lie on the floor before instructing them to leave the building quickly.
Investigators are gathering evidence and questioning witnesses to determine all the circumstances surrounding the attack. It has not yet been disclosed whether the gunman was targeting specific individuals.
