Thus, the second-instance judicial panel confirmed the security measure previously imposed by the Special Court of First Instance, leaving the assets under state administration.
The Supreme Court had previously taken the same stance, upholding the decision to seize Jamarbër Malltezi’s assets.
This measure was imposed during the initial investigation phase by the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK), within the investigation file known as “Partizani”.
