For years, political clashes have been rife with claims that ambassadors and diplomatic missions have also been implicated in drug trafficking.
Now, according to data obtained by SPAK and the National Bureau of Investigation, it has been proven that the person used as a courier to transport cocaine and money from Antwerp in Belgium to Switzerland has diplomatic status and travels in a vehicle with CD plates.

According to communications that the Special Court considered as evidence in issuing 20 arrest warrants, this episode dates back about 6 years, to 2020, a period when this ministry was headed by former Foreign Minister Gent Cakaj.

The person under investigation, A.R., as noted above, used two PINs to communicate on SkyECC, specifically 30T4KH and LOS9EF. In the following communication, dated 08.08.2020, A.R. (30T4KH) writes to the person under investigation, A.H. (7B9F5E): “On Monday that CD guy is coming to take 5 for Switzerland, brother, as we said, let him come and get it, what do you think?”
From the review of this communication, based on the fact that the person under investigation, A.R., says “that he will come with CD”, suspicion is raised that the person under investigation may have cooperated with citizens traveling with diplomatic plates.
Then, on 10.08.2020, A.R. again reminds A.H. about the matter related to the person who will take the narcotic substance to Switzerland and tells him that at 12 o’clock he will be in Antwerp.
On 09.07.2020, A.R. writes: “Brother, those Switzerland money are all ready, but Nurja tells me the thing is that that CD driver can’t make it by the end of the week, do you have someone there to hand them to?; Leave it, leave it, I’ll tell that one k.t.; Ask around if you have someone for speed because I’m asking too.; He’s with a delegation, Nurja tells me, that’s why he doesn’t budge.” This communication proves that the citizen who took the narcotic substance on 10.08.2020 in Antwerp, with the aim of transporting it to Switzerland, turns out to be employed by a diplomatic corps.
