The State Police has announced criminal proceedings against 11 people, who are suspected of having been part of the illegal gatherings held in the capital on June 22 and 23.
Also on the list of people under investigation is Dritan Goxhaj. According to the police authorities, he is accused of leading the crowd by crossing the security perimeter previously approved for the holding of the gathering.

According to the official notice, these citizens are accused of actions that violated public order and peace during the protests held in Tirana. The procedural materials have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further action.
