The announcement came from IKD’s executive director, Ehat Miftaraj, who via social media invited citizens to get involved in this process.
The activity will take place in “Nënë Tereza” square in Prishtina, from 10:00 to 15:00.
According to him, the initiative focuses on two main objectives: to establish criminal liability for the failure to implement Constitutional Court decisions, and to penalize the use of public funds for electoral gains during pre-election and election periods.
“IKD invites you to be part of this initiative,” Miftaraj wrote, underscoring the importance of civic engagement for these changes to the Criminal Code.
