Well-known actor and director Gjergj Mena has died at the age of 41. The sad news was announced on the Instagram page Eja në Teatër, which wrote: “Today, the stage is poorer. His departure cuts short, far too soon, a journey that still had so much to offer.”
Mena had reportedly been suffering from a serious illness for some time. He will be laid to rest this Monday at 14:00 in Sharrë.
