Asked whether the session to constitute the Assembly would be scheduled, Peci said that talks must first be held between the two parties that had reached an agreement on the election of the president.
According to him, Vetëvendosje must first discuss the matter with its partners, while the LDK must then separately review its position and the path that should be followed to overcome the situation that has arisen. “This is an entirely new circumstance, so the parties must sit down and discuss it,” Peci said.
