“Rama in speech only praised Balla and Zegjinen”, says protester: Our unity, fear of the rotten system

In the square opposite the Prime Ministry, during the 55th protest against Prime Minister Edi Rama, powerful calls for unity and deep messages were heard.

One of the protesters who took the floor appealed to citizens to stay united, because only this way can they become the nightmare of a system rotten with corruption. He stressed that the 55-day resistance proves that nothing is unattainable when people are together. According to him, the unity of the people is the greatest terror for the system. “The day we have been waiting for 35 years is approaching,” he added, pointing out that Rama’s speech that day only praised Taulant Balla and Zegjinen. The protester insisted that the more they are, the closer they are to reaching their goals for a new Albania and a new Constitution. Finally, he invited participants to take what he called “remnants” and continue the march in peace, because “the other remnants are in Parliament.”
