Andi Bushati: I’m only getting videos of protesters being beaten.
Ardit Bido: Have you seen them in Germany?
Andi Bushati: Oh, come on, now you’ve moved on from the Greeks to German agents. Even when Rama is caught stealing, you say, “They steal in Germany too.” In this absurd situation where we blame the robbed and the beaten, we say you deserve it simply because you came out to protest.
Ardit Bido: If you use violence, you will be arrested.
Andi Bushati: I’m showing you a video of an unresisting citizen, and the police officer kicks the citizen while he’s lying on the ground. I’m showing the fact, and you say, “if you used violence…” Where did this man use violence?
Ardit Bido: How do you know? That is proven in court. You know, in America bullets start flying. You can’t say, “Why is he being arrested?” Why should the police not neutralize a group of hooligans throwing eggs…?
Andi Bushati: By your logic, judging people as a group, after what they’ve seen with Balluku, people should set you on fire too.
