The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport has provided clarifications following reports of water accumulation on a section of the “Arbën Xhaferi” Highway.
The official statement says that, immediately after the information was received, maintenance teams went to the scene and began the necessary actions.

According to the ministry, within a short period of time the drainage system was cleaned and the accumulated water was removed, making it possible to restore normal and safe traffic on that part of the highway.
The Ministry also stresses that it is continuously monitoring the road network and that the teams remain on full alert to intervene whenever needed, with the aim of guaranteeing the safety of all road users.
