Economic operators and persons responsible for transport must ensure that goods brought into the customs territory of the Republic of Kosovo are presented to Customs immediately after arrival.

The procedure may be carried out at the designated customs office, at another location designated or approved by Customs, or in a free zone.
The person responsible for presenting the goods may be the person who brought them into the customs territory of the Republic of Kosovo, the person on whose behalf and for whose account the person bringing the goods is acting, or the person who assumes responsibility for transporting them after the goods have entered this territory.
Kosovo Customs emphasizes that meeting the deadline and properly completing this procedure constitute a customs obligation, while also helping ensure safe and transparent customs clearance.
