Blerim Isufaj, chief prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kosovo, held a working meeting on Friday with Anu Prattipati, chargé d’affaires at the Embassy of the United States of America in Pristina.
The discussion focused on the activities of the Special Prosecutor’s Office and law enforcement in Kosovo.

During the meeting, the Special Prosecutor’s Office expressed its gratitude for the support provided by Ms. Prattipati and the US Embassy in successful investigations into criminal organizations involved in transnational crime.
The Special Prosecutor’s Office also praised the excellent cooperation with US law enforcement agencies in the fight against transnational organized crime.
The justice institution also expressed its gratitude for the continued support of the US Embassy in guaranteeing the full independence of the Special Prosecutor’s Office and the justice system in general.
