At a joint press conference with Albania’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ferit Hoxha, Sa’ar discussed the security challenges facing Israel, naming Hamas, Hezbollah and threats from Iran.
Sa’ar also mentioned the cyberattacks against Albania, stressing that the two countries share common security concerns.
“Just a few days ago, we marked three years since October 7. Israel continues to confront Hamas, Hezbollah and threats from Iran. We thank Albania for standing against terrorism and antisemitism, for its clear voice in international organizations, including the Security Council and the Human Rights Council, and for its steadfast position toward Iran. Albania has experienced cyberaggression firsthand. We share a vision of stability, security and prosperity in both our regions. Our friendship has been forged by history; today we are building its future,” Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar said.
