Ibishi raises concern over killings of women in Kosovo: 8 cases before year’s end

With the year not yet over, Kosovo has recorded 8 cases of women being killed. Security expert Nuredin Ibishi described the situation as worrying.

Citing police reports, Ibishi said around 50 serious cases of family conflict had been recorded during the year. Moderate and less serious cases had also been registered.

He warned that each of these conflicts could have serious consequences, stressing that it was particularly worrying that the number of cases of women being killed had reached 8 this year alone.
