Ramush Haradinaj, former prime minister and former leader of the AAK, held a meeting with France’s Minister Delegate for European Affairs, Benjamin Haddad.

Following the meeting, Haradinaj said that he and the Alliance’s MPs had discussed the current situation in Kosovo and the country’s European prospects with Haddad.
He said the Alliance’s representatives presented their proposal for establishing the institutions. According to Haradinaj, the six points proposed by the Alliance are crucial to Kosovo’s development and future.
Haradinaj also said that during the discussion, they expressed their gratitude to Benjamin Haddad and the French state for their continued support for Kosovo. They asked for this support to continue, particularly for Kosovo’s bid to join the Council of Europe, obtain EU candidate country status, and join NATO.
According to him, France has been and continues to be one of Kosovo’s most important friends, making a valuable contribution at every stage of its journey toward freedom, independence, and state-building.
