Venko Filipçe, leader of the LSDM, published the minutes of the September 23, 2025 government meeting on social media today. The meeting considered matters concerning Serbian bank Alta’s offer to buy shares in 16 public institutions.
Filipçe claims the document shows that Finance Minister Gordana Dimitrieska-Koçoska had been informed of the procedure and the proposed conclusions concerning the bank’s offer.

The publication followed the minister’s statement that the governor of the People’s Bank, Trajko Sllaveski, had not consulted her about Alta Bank’s entry into the country’s market and its purchase of “Stopanska Banka Bitola”.
Filipçe called for Dimitrieska-Koçoska’s resignation and an investigation by the Public Prosecutor’s Office into her and Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski. He also called for the European Public Prosecutor’s Office to be involved in examining the flow of funds linked to “Alta Bank”.
In a Facebook post, he accused the minister of lying about Alta Bank, repeated his demand that she leave office and called for an immediate investigation into her and Mickoski. Filipçe also called on the European Public Prosecutor’s Office to examine the flow of all funds connected to Alta Bank.
