On taking office, Kosovo President Justina Shiroka Pula received a letter of congratulations from Recep Tayyip Erdogan, president of the Republic of Turkey.

In the letter, Erdogan conveyed his most sincere congratulations to Shiroka Pula, both personally and on behalf of the Turkish people. He expressed his belief that the cooperative relations between the two countries in many areas would develop further in the period ahead.
According to the announcement, the Turkish president said he was convinced that during President Shiroka Pula’s term, the contribution made by this cooperation to peace and stability in the region would increase even further.
