Citizen protest outside parliament, police “seal off” the area! Armored vehicles and water trucks deployed

A citizen protest has been called in the capital outside the Parliament of Albania, at the same time as the next plenary session is being held in the chamber.

Large numbers of police forces have cordoned off the entire perimeter of the Parliament area, while special security vehicles have also been deployed, including an armored vehicle and a water truck.

Meanwhile, Socialist Party MPs arrived at the Parliament premises around two hours before the start of the session, to avoid any possible clashes.
