AKI and its candidate to lead the Municipality of Bërvenica, Arkin Jahiji, have declared that they won the extraordinary elections.
Jahiji announced the victory in front of his supporters at AKI’s headquarters in the village of Çellopek, where the party’s supporters and activists had gathered to follow the election results.

After the vote counting was completed at the headquarters, supporters began celebrating.
BDI Chairman Ali Ahmeti and the leader of the Alliance for Albanians, Arben Taravari, arrived in the village of Çellopek, where celebrations are being held following Arkin Jahiji’s victory in the elections for the Municipality of Bërvenica.
The two leaders were welcomed in a festive atmosphere by AKI supporters and citizens gathered in Çellopek, where the celebrations continued with zurnas, drums and traditional Albanian dancing.
