Speaking on the “Çim Peka Live” program, Ahmetaj claimed that Prime Minister Edi Rama held an urgent consultation meeting today with Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku at the “Red Villa.” According to him, the head of government has set aside the other voices within the majority.
“You should know that today he consulted with the plunderer. He refuses to consult with the remaining rational minds within the Socialist Party. He consulted with the plunderer at the ‘Red Villa’; verify it,” Ahmetaj declared.
Ahmetaj also spoke about the discontent that has engulfed the country, saying that the civic movement had brought back what he described as “the spirit of the people.” He also warned that a fourth mandate for Edi Rama would bring about the end of his political career.
“The stolen fourth mandate will be a political graveyard, and I have said that there will be an explosion, because the people have been searching for their own spirit and have found it.
Today, anyone who speaks of damage must count the thefts of the plunderer (Belinda Balluku), the drugs they have brought in with the permission of the head of the organization (Edi Rama), and the road and construction tenders. Why do they blame the people? He killed politics for generations.
I would be the biggest naïve person if I believed that any of my former colleagues… I do not expect them to be sent even a shred of reason. Today, I believe that everything that has happened to all Albanians is a message. There is no peace in a state headed by the head of the organization,” he said.
