Another Call Center fraud case busted, 5 people arrested, more than 15 others under investigation

The Economic and Cyber Crime unit at the General Directorate of the State Police has cracked down on another case of fraud carried out through Call Center schemes.

This time, the operation was conducted against a Call Center in Shkoder.

It is reported that 5 people were arrested during the operation, while more than 15 others are being investigated while remaining free.

Sources say the illegal activity had been under police scrutiny for several weeks until it was documented.
