Strumica police arrested Lj. Gj., 48, a Strumica resident, yesterday at 22:10 after finding packages of heroin and cocaine, along with other items, during a search.

The search of his home was carried out under a court order. During the search of the house and a personal search of Lj. Gj., officers found and seized packages of heroin and cocaine, two digital scales and other items with traces of a powdery substance.
Following his arrest, the 48-year-old was held at Strumica Police Station. A public prosecutor from the Strumica Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office was informed of the incident.
According to the Interior Ministry, the case is still being documented, and the appropriate charges will be filed once that process is complete.
