They called for the constitutive session to be convened as soon as possible so that, as they stated, the institutions of the Republic could be constituted.
Arian Tahiri of the PDK said the session could resume and the Assembly could become operational within the 48-hour deadline stipulated in the Assembly’s rules of procedure.
Meanwhile, Alliance MP Besnik Tahiri said that their duty as representatives elected by the people of Kosovo was not limited to protecting the Constitution.
For several days, the PDK and the Alliance have been calling on the party that came first in the June 7 elections to convene the constitutive session.
