Mefail Bajqinovci, who recently won a parliamentary seat from the Vetëvendosje Movement, has asked the Democratic Party of Kosovo and the Democratic League of Kosovo to clarify their position regarding the return of judges from the Serb community who resigned.

According to him, Kosovo’s citizens have the right to know transparently whether these two political forces support or oppose their return to the country’s judicial system. He stressed that in such cases, silence is not an acceptable stance.
In a full social media post, Bajqinovci emphasized the necessity of a clear response from PDK and LDK on this issue, which he linked to orders from Belgrade for the judges’ resignations.
“Citizens deserve an unequivocal answer: are you in favor of their return to the institutions of our Republic, or are you against?” he wrote, adding that on topics that affect sovereignty and the functioning of state institutions, there is no room for evasiveness.
He closed his message by insisting that the time has come for both parties to clearly articulate their position.
