All items on the agenda, including all resolutions, draft decisions and draft laws, were approved with the votes of the socialists. Meanwhile, during the voting, Democratic Party deputies continued to stand at the podium and shout, while some of them also banged on the tables, shouting slogans such as “Thief”, “Rama in prison”, “Resignation”. Among them were the resolutions on evaluating the activity of SPAK and six other independent constitutional institutions, as well as the normative act for the revision of the state budget. And the normative act that provides for the financing of the concert of the American rapper Kanye West with 4.3 million euros, a decision that has sparked debate in public opinion and within the opposition.
Shortly before the end of the voting, the Democratic deputies left the Parliament. After all the items on the agenda were approved, Niko Peleshi announced the closure of today’s session. Meanwhile, outside the Parliament, protesters continue to stand, where the situation appears calmer.
Recall that, as we reported earlier, on July 30 there will be another plenary session, and differently from what was previously thought, today’s session is not the last.
