After seven consecutive nights of US military operations against Iranian targets, Iran has launched missiles and drones at US targets in Bahrain and Kuwait.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said the Sheikh Isa Air Base in Bahrain, where US fighter jets are stationed, was the target of the attack.

Iranian state media also reported strikes in Kuwait on a fuel supply platform at Al Ahmadi Port, as well as a data and communications centre.
Kuwait’s military said the country’s air defences had managed to shoot down the missiles and drones launched by Iran.
Authorities temporarily suspended air traffic due to the missile and drone attacks, leading to the temporary closure of Kuwait International Airport. Kuwait Airways announced that it had changed its flight schedules.
The events mark a new escalation in tensions in the Middle East, as clashes between the United States and Iran have continued for several days.
