The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has decided to uphold the security measure of “arrest in prison” against Eralbi Breçani.
Breçani is accused of trafficking 446 kilograms of cocaine as part of a structured criminal group. According to the prosecution, he is part of the group led by Ervin Mata.
