Hearing on the “Sterilization” case postponed, Ilir Beqaj appears outside the security cage

Tuesday’s hearing at the Special Court on the “Sterilization” concession case did not take place as scheduled, after SPAK prosecutors requested additional time to present their objections to the preliminary motions filed by former Health Minister Ilir Beqaj.

During this hearing, Beqaj appeared outside the security cage. The proceedings were expected to continue with the review of the preliminary motions submitted by the defense, but the prosecution representatives asked for more time to prepare their position regarding the claims raised by the former minister.
