The Socialist Party will hold an expanded meeting with its Parliamentary Group and government cabinet on Wednesday. Eksiola Shehu, a journalist with Euronews Albania, has revealed the contents of the message sent to Socialist MPs.

According to the notice, the meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m. at the Palace of Brigades. The meeting comes a few days after Parliament approved the new territorial map.
The message informs MPs that the expanded meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. at the Palace of Brigades. It also states that the regular meeting of the Parliamentary Group will not be held on Monday, October 12.
