An assessment of injuries during the protest has been made public by the director of Emergency Services, Naser Syla, according to whom 12 people needed medical assistance. Among the injured, as he clarified, one is a member of the Kosovo Police, while the other 11 are civilians.

Syla emphasized that most of these individuals presented with health problems as a result of tear gas. Meanwhile, two cases had cut wounds in different areas of the body.
“Twelve people were injured, among them one police officer and 11 civilians. Most of them complained of tear gas. Two of them had cut wounds in different parts of the body. All were treated at the Emergency Center and after treatment were released home,” he declared.
