The situation in the capital remains tense, but the sheer size of the protest is the focus of developments. Drone footage from Rruga e Durrësit clearly shows the scale of the gathering, with large numbers of citizens filling the entire road and the surrounding square.
The footage shows protesters filling every corner of the area, predominantly young people and students who have joined the calls against the government.
