Today’s scheduled hearing for Fatime Kryemadhi, Ema Çoku and Pirro Xhixho, separated from the investigative file against former official Ilir Meta, did not take place as planned.
Only Ema Çoku appeared in the courtroom, while Fatime Kryemadhi was absent along with her defense lawyers. Likewise, Pirro Xhixho was not present and was represented by lawyer Sokol Mëngjesi.

The prosecution had planned to present its closing argument today, but the review became impossible due to the absence of legal defense for defendant Kryemadhi. Earlier, her defense had also requested that the hearing be postponed.
As a result, the court decided to suspend the proceedings and schedule the next hearing for July 13 at 12:00, deeming the presence of the parties and the guarantee of legal defense necessary.
