The parties discussed key topics such as the consolidation of the rule of law, ensuring the independence of the judicial system, and the process of digitization of justice. These efforts are part of a broader reform aimed at strengthening the performance of institutions.
Shasivari emphasized that both countries share a common vision for a stable and democratic region, with a full European perspective. “As partner and neighboring countries, North Macedonia and Kosovo aim for the same objective: a stable, democratic region anchored in the EU. Sharing experiences and best practices will help accelerate the implementation of reforms and deepen our cooperation,” he said.
The minister also highlighted that continuous institutional communication and the exchange of experiences between the two countries will serve as a driving force for the progress of reforms in the pursuit of common objectives on the path toward European Union membership.
