Protests against the government, Shehaj condemns violence against students and calls for Rama’s resignation

Agron Shehaj, leader of the Mundësia Party, reacted to the violence against students during the protest and called on Prime Minister Edi Rama to bear political responsibility.

Shehaj described the footage of clashes between police and students as unacceptable. According to him, young people are protesting because they want a different future in Albania, while the response they receive from Edi Rama is violence by the State Police, which he described as brutal and barbaric.

Shehaj called on Rama to answer for the situation and the violence, and to resign as soon as possible.
