Addressing Serbian politicians, Peternel expressed his conviction without any hesitation, declaring that Kosovo enjoys the status of a sovereign and independent state.
He assessed the political situation in Serbia with harsh words, saying that the scene in that country offers no real alternative: according to him, one Chetnikism is matched by an even deeper Chetnikism, as everyone there represents the same phenomenon.
In conclusion, the Croatian MP emphasized that Croatia must maintain an unwavering stance toward Serbia and respond clearly to each of its provocations.
