National Chamber of Advocates President Maksim Haxhia clarified that ending the boycott does not mean abandoning objections to the regulation, which will be pursued through legal channels.
Haxhia said that lawsuits and other requests would be filed because, according to him, the regulation harms lawyers’ rights and interests.
“We will file lawsuits and other requests regarding this regulation, which infringes on our rights,” Haxhia said.
