Këlliçi claims that Spiropali’s position publicly demonstrates the existence of rival groups within the Socialist Party, as well as the use of criminal structures to maintain power.

According to him, Spiropali denounced pressure and blackmail allegedly exerted by individuals or groups within the ruling majority, indirectly referring to Belinda Balluku. He added that the MP implied that the former deputy prime minister had used ties to organized crime against opponents during the 2025 elections and that Balluku should be in prison.

The DP deputy chairman interprets this clash as a sign of the weakening of the ruling majority and the degradation of power. He also mentions previous political and judicial attacks against figures such as Erion Veliaj, emphasizing that the internal struggle has now spiraled out of control.

Këlliçi said it was unclear what had prompted Spiropali to speak so openly, but, in his view, the intensity of the conflict shows that the parties are no longer taking the consequences into account.

“When Elisa publicly denounces Belinda for pressure and blackmail, this is an important development. During the latest parliamentary session, Elisa Spiropali acknowledged that individuals or groups exerting pressure operate within the governing majority, implicitly referring to Belinda Balluku,” Këlliçi wrote.

He continued by saying that the power struggle between the clans of the Renaissance is well known and that the conflict has produced victims. In this context, he mentioned Veliaj, Gysi and Vlora, who, according to him, should face justice for the crimes committed, but would not be in their current situation without the support of Rama or Balluku.

Këlliçi described it as unprecedented for a majority MP to speak so directly and viewed it as a sign of a system of power consumed by abuse, whose main aim is the enrichment and strengthening of criminal groups.

“This clash shows the rot within this system of power and its total collapse. Elisa’s decision to raise her voice and the specific way in which she addressed the accusations can be viewed positively,” he said.

In conclusion, the DP deputy chairman called on Spiropali to cooperate with the justice authorities, if she intends to make a greater contribution to society, and to present the facts that, according to him, she knows about the blackmail Belinda Balluku allegedly carried out against political opponents inside and outside her own political group.
