Imam Gazmend Tairovci, who was killed on Monday evening in the village of Zlipotok in Dragash, will be laid to rest today.
The funeral ceremony will be held at 15:00 at the village cemetery.

According to available information, the cleric lost his life after being stabbed by the suspect Beshir Hamza, known by the nickname “The Knight of Dragash.”
Sources gathered by the media say the victim was stabbed five times following a dispute over a piece of land that he had mowed. At the time the incident occurred, Beshir’s father was also with him.
Afterward, he left the scene and informed residents about the incident at a café, while his son was on the run. The first person to come to the victim’s aid was doctor Alden Mrcolar, even though he was off duty at the time.
The operation to capture the suspect lasted throughout the evening and was completed only in the late morning hours of Tuesday.
To arrest him, police deployed the K-9 unit, thermal drones, and border police as well, due to the terrain where the search was being conducted. However, he did not end up in a cell alone, as a few hours later his father was also arrested, on suspicion of the criminal offense of “Failure to provide assistance.”
Investigations into the case are ongoing, while according to Klan sources, Hamza’s mother was also involved in the incident and is suspected of having urged him to carry out the killing.
