In his remarks, Damoni underscored that shared digital platforms enable municipalities with limited financial and human resources to provide public services without having to build separate systems.

He explained that Kosovo has integrated municipal services through eKosova, while the use of shared digital modules helps manage resources more efficiently and makes it easier for citizens to access services.

During his presentation, the MDAP coordinator also spoke about the country’s progress in expanding high-speed internet access through the KODE project. He also described the development of digital skills as an important element in building a public administration prepared for the digital transformation process.

Damoni stressed that the engagement of all municipalities in this process is essential so that citizens can benefit from digitalization regardless of where they live.

MDAP’s participation in the summit serves to share experiences and deepen regional cooperation in modernizing local governance, with the aim of bringing public services closer to citizens.
